 How is traveling abroad as a black women?

To tell your the truth it was hard! I experinced racism from my own instructor and some from of the older Cambodian women. 

Did it ruin my experince? Maybe a little bit but am I still greatfull? YES! The truth is my home country American is blantly raceist, and I have experinced way more colorisim and racism in even going to school everyday, but the racism I experinced in Cambodia is not so in your face like Americas racism is. 

    I went to Cambodia thinking it could be a country I could feel safe in as a black women! I left feeling still safe but also unsure about living there. This trip has made me realize that I might never find a country where I will 100% safe in but I really hope I do.
